Tracking is provided by the Portuguese postal services until the package leaves Portugal, but from then on it has to be provided by you country's postal services. I take no responsibility if your country's company does not honor their agreement with the Portuguese postal services and does not provide the tracking information. If the package reached your country but tracking stopped, contact the postal services to check for its whereabouts.
